Customers no longer have to buy garbage or yard waste cans.
The new wheeled carts are easy to move around and have hinged lids
that can’t get lost or fly away and are designed to keep out dogs,
rodents and rain. Sturdy molded plastic construction makes for a
durable cart that resists denting and cracking or tipping in the
wind. Carts that are damaged in the course of collection, in need
of repair or are stolen will be replaced at no charge.
If you choose curbside service, please remember that all
carts (garbage, recycling and organics) must be set out in the
parking strip or just behind the sidewalk by 6:45 am on
collection day. By City ordinance, containers must be retrieved
and placed out of public view by 12:00 midnight on collection
day.
